Veteran Charles Breau and Cele enjoy the rededication of the 100 year old flagpole on the Green in Westfield on July 4th. Cele announced she'd donate a huge new Old Glory to fly from the former ship's mast in the center of the City. Here, Cele and Charles admire a picture of the original dedication of the staff.
