Cele announces the state funding of an additional $2.5-million for the multi-modal center in downtown Westfield. The money, from the transportation Bond approved by the legislature, is in addtion to the $1-million of state money previously allocated. Located in the heart of the City, ground will be broken soon for the new facility which will be a transportation hub and will also house a hotel and shops.
