State Representative Cele Hahn (R-Westfield),
left, accepts an award from Muriel Heiberger, Director of the
Massachusetts Immigrant and Refugee Coalition. Hahn was honored
as the "Outstanding State Legislator" in ceremonies
at the State House in June. Hahn was nominated by people in the
mental health field and was chosen for her "courageous and
stalwart efforts to protect and enhance the lives of refugees
and immigrants in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts." The
award also recognized her, "significant contributions to
the health and mental health of the Commonwealth's newcomer communities."
The award was given during the Twelfth Annual Refugee and Immigrant
Health and Mental Health Legislative celebration. |

Jennifer R. Rauchle and Christopher
C. Hahn engaged
Joseph and Veronica Rauchle, of Russellville Road in Westfield
announce the engagement of their daughter, Jennifer Ruth Rauchle,
to Christopher Curtis Hahn, son of Curtis H. and State Representative
Cele Hahn of Pineridge Drive in Westfield. The bride-to-be is
a CPA, employed as a Senior Consultant at KPMG in Boston. She
graduated from Westfield High School in 1988 and from Syracuse
University in 1992. Her fiance, a 1988 graduate of the Williston
Northampton School and and 1993 graduate of Iowa State University,
is a Designer with Hecht Scherding Architects in Belmont, MA.
A June wedding on Nantucket is planned.
