State Representative
Cele Hahn takes Westfield Community Development Director Jim Boardman
on a hard hat tour of the Leonard Zakim Bunker Hill Bridge in Boston.

the Central Artery being underground through the capitol city, and
then soar over the Charles River on this new span. |
